| Our newest addition to the ASCENT line, the 156 VENTURE GT is a rugged approach shoe ideal for weekend hikers, day routes or for adventure travel and every day use. The durable split-leather Upper wraps snugly around your foot and the extended lacing system results in a more precise fit. The rubber reinforced toe-cap and heel-guard combined with a full-wrap around rand that protects your foot against rocks, sharp branches and other debris while also protecting the leather from detioration caused by abrasion. The waterproof breathable GORE-TEX® membrane and gussetted-tongue construction keep water out while still allowing your foot to expel moisture from within. The exclusive Zamberlan A.M.S. sole package has a nylon shank to ensure underfoot comfort and overall stability, a removable moisture-wicking anatomic footbed and a grip rubber multi-directional lugged outsole that ensures traction on those smooth, muddy, and slippery surfaces. |
