Incredible-The Zamberlan Phenom GT is a very nice boot and your feet will be pleased. I had a small issue with the size: I wear a size 11 in Keen and Skechers and I wear 44 in the Dansko "Professional" shoe that I wear at work (health care). I first ordered a size 11 for the Zamberlan. I felt that my heel was sliding in the boot and there was far too much room in the toe. This is an Italian shoe and they tend to run long and thin in my opinion. I ordered a 10 1/2 and it seems to be the right fit. I think the Zamberlan interpretation of the European to American sizes might be off in this regard with the Zamberlans being a little too large for their corresponding American sizes, but this is just my experience. The quality is unbelievable.

Nice boot!-After having worn thru a pair a Vasque’s and not really liking my Asolo Powermatic 200s, I decided to try this pair of Zamberlans based on others reviews of their products. I was extremely pleased with the fit, feel and comfort right out of the box...incredible. Got teased about the color however. As for the wear, I have logged over 100 miles in the Montana wilderness while carrying packs up to 75lbs with these boots. They have endured snow, ice, and rain and have kept my feet feeling great and dry for the most part. No pressure points, hot spots, or blisters here. The only negative I have to report is that scree fields will do a number on the rubberized toe cap...which is still intact but "shedding" like a good sunburn and I lost 2 of the Vibram lugs on each boot to the scree as well. I will continue to abuse them and will be buying another pair of Zamberlans in the near future as I am now sold on their fit and comfort. (Add a pair of aftermarket insoles and you will be in heaven).

Amazing boot right out of the box.-I went for a 6 mile hike in rocky, mountainous, desert terrain as soon as I got the Zamberlans. They were incredibly light and comfortable. I had to stop a few times to readjust the laces and when I finally had them right, the boots felt like an extension of my feet. Great traction on boulders and loose shale. Perfect for hot weather hiking in Arizona.
